Manufacture

The kiln fired/dried permeable ceramic tile product is manufactured from recycled ceramic tiles, oxide pigment and bentonite clay binding agent. The recycled material is ceramic waste sourced mainly from ceramic tile products, which contain no hazardous substances and is harmless to human health and the environment. Bentonite clays are a group of fine textured non-toxic naturally occurring minerals associated with volcanic deposition or in sedimentary deposits, which are used in a wide variety of applications.
